Vitamin A contains retinoids, compounds that are well known for performing several skin-friendly jobs, like: minimizing fine lines and wrinkles by boosting the production of the skin-smoothing protein collagen.  Abyssian oil contains erucic acid, which locks in moisture, but it's not comedogenic, which means it won't clog your pores and promote acne. At the same time, abyssinian oil also contains linoleic and linolenic acids, which help skin regenerate and reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.  Thanks to its unique composition, aloe vera gel can be used to eliminate dead skin cells and treat a variety of skin conditions, including acne, acne scars, sunburns, dark circles, and wounds.  Allantoin helps in shedding dead skin cells. It is a keratolytic agent, meaning it can soften and separate out the cornified (tough) layer of skin. It keeps the skin smooth as the dead skin layer is now shed off. The GLA in evening primrose oil helps reduce skin inflammation, which can help treat acne. It can also be used for other inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. The high concentrations of linoleic acid may help with dark spots from acne scarring or aging.  Applying Bulbine frutescens leaf juice to the skin result in a cleverly balanced collagen synthesis that leads to youthful skin.
