Returns Policy for Skincare Products

At Luxuré, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality skincare products. To ensure your safety and hygiene, we have established the following returns policy:

1. Non-Returnable Items Due to customer safety and hygiene reasons.  We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrectly ordered skincare products once that product has left our care. This policy ensures that all our products remain uncontaminated and safe for all customers.

2. Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a product in a container that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will promptly address the issue by replacing any malfunctioning parts of the container.

3. Reporting Issues To report a damaged or defective product, please email us at support@luxurehealth.co.za with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or defective product

 

4. Processing Replacements Once we receive your request and validate the issue, we will process the replacement of the necessary parts as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email with details on the replacement process.

5. Customer Satisfaction Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns or questions about your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team at support@luxurehealth.co.za or WhatsApp us on +27 79 364 2278.

6. Non-Replacement of Empty Containers If you encounter any problems with the product, discontinue use immediately and return it within 7 days for a resolution.  We do not provide replacements for skincare products that have been used more than a quarter of the container.

1. Usage Instructions Customers must use our products strictly as per the instructions provided. Luxure will not be held responsible for any adverse effects or damages resulting from improper use or failure to follow the instructions precisely.

2. Allergy Responsibility Luxuré is not liable for any claims arising from allergic reactions. All ingredients used in our products are clearly listed on both our website and the product packaging. It is the customer's responsibility to review these ingredients and ensure they are not allergic to any of them.

3. Patch Test Recommendation If you are unsure about potential allergic reactions, always perform a patch test before applying the product to a larger area. Apply a small amount of the product to a discreet area of your skin and wait 24 hours to check for any adverse reactions.

4. Immediate Discontinuation If you experience any discomfort, irritation, or any adverse reaction while using our products, wash off the product immediately, discontinue use, and seek medical advice immediately.
